WWhat is the minimum order?
Our minimum order is six cookies.
How much do the cookies cost?
Our cookies are priced based on their size and amount of detail. So it depends on what you have in mind. Pricing includes the cookies being individually wrapped and tied with ribbon.
How far in advance do I have to order?
Because we are an all-custom shop, we take all of our orders in advance. Regardless of how far in advance you place your order your cookies are made right before shipping to arrive in time for your event. Depending on the timing of the event or the season more advanced notice may be needed but generally at least two weeks from the shipping date is suggested.
Do you offer custom message tags?
Yes we do.
Do you ship?
Yes. We ship anywhere in the United States. At this time, we do not ship to Canada because the shipping charges are usually cost prohibitive.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
The cookies really don't like to be out and about for more than 2-3 days. (They are shipped to you from Michigan). We generally ship using ship FedEx Ground but can ship for quicker arrival at your request.
How much will shipping cost?
It is difficult to estimate shipping costs, because we never send the same size/weight package to the same place twice, but we make every effort to keep shipping costs as low as possible for you. We can usually give you an estimate once you have selected the size and number of cookies for your order.
Could I get a sample?
If you would like a sample, no problem. We don't charge for a sample cookie _ only for the shipping to get it to you!
Should I refrigerate my cookies upon receipt?
No. Unfortunately, royal icing and refrigerators don't get along. Storing the cookies in your home away from direct sunlight is your best bet.
Are you peanut free?
While there are no peanuts or peanut products in our sugar cookies, we are NOT a peanut-free kitchen.
Can I pay by credit card?
Yes. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
What if I have a request for something I don't see on your site?
If you have come up with something that you would like us to make that is a one of a kind creation (or a special cookie you want to eat but don't want to bake) we can't wait to hear from you! That is the fun of being an all custom shop. Email us and we will help to bring your ideas to life!
